A wife and mom to a very busy toddler.

Before studying Speech Therapy I always knew I wanted to do two things-

Understand people and help people.

In 2025 I founded the Regrowth Centre where we pride ourselves in providing holistic, client centred therapeutic intervention and Life Coaching.

My goal is to help individuals and families thrive despite the presence of disability.
